Doppler Finance and OpenEden Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Institutional-Grade RWA Yield on XRPL
Doppler Finance, a leading XRP Ledger–native yield infrastructure, and OpenEden, a leading real-world asset (RWA) platform known for its focus on regulatory compliance, today announced a strategic partnership aimed at supporting RLUSD adoption and accelerating activity across the XRP Ledger (XRPL) through the use of TBILL, tokenized U.S. Treasury Bills, and USDO, a regulated yield-bearing stablecoin.
Through this partnership, access to RWA-backed yield opportunities for XRP and RLUSD holders is expected to become possible by leveraging the complementary strengths of both organizations.
The collaboration centers on integrating OpenEden’s tokenized RWA infrastructure into Doppler’s XRPL-native yield protocol using RWA-backed assets such as TBILL and USDO. Through this structure, XRP and RLUSD holders will be able to access U.S. Treasury–backed yield directly on the XRP Ledger, with Doppler providing the on-chain gateway that connects XRPL-native liquidity to institutional-grade RWA products.
By enabling access to U.S. Treasury–backed yield through RWA structures, the collaboration seeks to strengthen the strategic importance of RLUSD as a stablecoin within the XRPL ecosystem, and prudent risk management.
This approach simplifies access to yield opportunities that have traditionally required institutional infrastructure, making them more accessible to a wider range of participants without compromising on compliance or operational rigor.
Beyond these efforts, Doppler Finance and OpenEden intend to align on research, market education, and ecosystem-facing initiatives to advance the role of RWAs within the XRPL. These efforts are expected to explore how compliant, tokenized real-world assets can contribute to deeper liquidity, enhanced utility, and the long-term sustainability of the XRPL ecosystem.
